Immer nur frei, wenn ich 'n Koffer packe

Was ich auch tu, etwas in mir will weiter

Kennt den Weg raus über die Feuerleiter

Ich lieb' diese Welt, kann mich nicht von ihr trennen

Um dann irgendwo verrostet rumzuhängen

Ich sag lieber «Good Bye» zu tausend Dingen, sie halten mich auf

That's how I start to write poetry

I'll find a piano or a guitar

Play the chord I fall over

Just listen, can't force anything
