Macht’n Salto und rutscht aus

Und dressierte Menschen springen

Wenn Dompteure Peitschen schwingen

Schwindler sitzen auf dem Thron

Und jede Bestie, die’s erkennt

Wartet auf ihren Moment

At heart we are children

The head plays an acrobat

Wants a lot of applause

Do a somersault and slip

And trained people jump

When tamers swing whips

Swindlers sit on the throne

And every beast that recognizes it
