DJ Shadow
DJ Shadow , born Джошуа Пол Дэвис , is an American musician and turntablist born in 1972. He is considered the founder of the trip hop genre and is known for producing the first fully sampled album, which earned him a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. His debut album, "Endtroducing....." , released in 1996, became a cult classic and had a significant influence on the development of electronic music. DJ Shadow has collaborated with labels such as Mo' Wax and Universal Music and continues to be an important figure in the world of experimental music. His contribution to trip hop and sampling is difficult to overstate.
