
Keane is a British pop-rock band formed in 1995 in Battle, England. The group currently consists of Tom Chaplin, Tim Rice-Oxley, Richard Hughes, and Jesse Quin. Initially, the lineup included founding guitarist Dominic Scott, who departed in 2001. Known for their piano-driven sound, Keane achieved international success with their debut album, "Hopes and Fears", featuring hits like "Somewhere Only We Know" and "Everybody's Changing". Over the years, they have released multiple chart-topping albums and received numerous accolades, including a BRIT Award. Keane remains a significant influence in the pop-rock genre.
