Big KRIT (born August 26, 1986) is an American rapper and record producer from Meridian, Mississippi. He began his music career in 2005 and signed with Def Jam Recordings in 2010. He first gained recognition after the release of his single "Country Shit" In 2011, he featured on TI promotional single "I'm Flexin'" which became his first record to reach Billboard Hot 100 Big KRIT is known for his contributions to the soul and hip-hop genres, combining deep lyrics with a Southern sound.
