Der Schlange

wurde bange.

Schon lange war dat Leben

ihr unange… nehm.

Sie sagte voller Sorgen

aufgrund dessen, was ihr dräute:

«Ob ich mich besser morgen

oder doch schon heute häute?

Hab' ich überhaupt 'ne Wahl?

Meine Schale is' schon total schal!

Wobei ich aber nicht verhehle,

dass ich mich nicht selten quäle,

wenn ich mich bei meiner Seele

aus meiner schalen Schale schäle …

Uh, das wird weh tun!

Doch egal, ich muss es eh tun!

Die Zeit ist reif nicht mehr zu kneifen!

Drum werd' ich mich an mir vergreifen,

um mir ohne abzuschweifen

meine Schale abzustreifen!"

Sagte sie, hat sich dann aber doch nicht getraut.

Sie kam halt nicht aus ihrer Haut.

got scared.

That was life for a long time

her uncomfortable.

«Am I better tomorrow?

or do you already skin today?

My bowl is already totally stale!
