Tinie Tempah, born Patrick Junior Chukwuemeka Okogwu in 1988, is a British hip-hop artist from the United Kingdom. His career began with the release of his first mixtape, "Chapter 1 Verse 1-22", in 2005. He gained widespread recognition with his debut album, "Disc-Overy", which topped the UK charts in 2010. The album produced multiple hit singles, including two that reached number one. In February 2011, Tinie Tempah won two Brit Awards for "Best British Breakthrough Act" and "Best British Single." His work has significantly influenced the UK hip-hop and grime scenes.
