Farina is a Colombian rapper, singer, and songwriter, born September 16, 1986. She is considered one of the pioneers of reggaeton music in Colombia and the first woman to establish the genre in the country in 2005. In 2017, Farina became the second Colombian artist to sign with Roc Nation , the label founded by Jay-Z . Her career is currently managed by La Commission LLC . Farina has made a significant contribution to the development of Latin American and dance music, serving as an inspiration for a new generation of artists.
