Ol' Dirty Bastard
Ol' Dirty Bastard, born Russell Tyrone Jones on November 15, 1968, in Brooklyn, New York, was an American rapper and a founding member of the influential hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Known for his unorthodox style and raw delivery, he contributed to the group's groundbreaking debut album, "Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)". As a solo artist, his debut album, "Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version", earned critical acclaim and featured the hit single "Shimmy Shimmy Ya". Despite legal troubles and a turbulent personal life, his impact on hip-hop remains significant. He passed away on November 13, 2004, at the age of 35.
