Burt Bacharach Burt Bacharach also known as Берт Бакарак ) is an American pianist and composer, born on May 12, 1928, in the United States. He is known for creating hundreds of popular songs for English-language performers. He was one of the first composers to self-produce his recordings. During his career, he won three Academy Awards for Best Original Song and Best Original Score for a Dramatic Motion Picture. His work spans the genres of pop, jazz, and original songwriting, and his contributions to music continue to inspire generations of artists.
