Wir sagen schönen guten Abend, meine Damen und Herren,

ohne Instrumente singen wir besonders gern

deutsche, englische und kölsche Lieder.

Nicht immer, (Sari:) aber immer wieder!

(Eddi:) Wir machen das schon seit geraumer Zeit,

doch der Weg zum Erfolg ist steinig und weit.

Wir lassen uns nicht nerven, wir lassen uns nicht stressen,

denn mir sin kölsche Jung, (Ferenc:) nur einer kommt aus Essen.

(Dän:)Das ist unser Eddi, doch das Schlimme

ist, daß alle sagen, Mann hat der 'ne tolle Stimme.

Alle Leute stehen auf ihn, besonders alle Frauen,

und wir müssen ständig in die Röhre schauen!

Er hat Rosinen im Kopf, und zwar 'ne ganze Horde,

doch er arrangiert für uns sämtliche Akkorde.

Moll oder Dur, synkopiert oder triolisch,

er hat nur einen Fehler, er ist leider nicht katholisch.

Hallo, hallo, hallo!

(Ferenc:) Der lange mit den Rettungsreifen, das ist unser Dän.

Als Ansager find ich ihn voll zum Gähnen.

Er hört sich gerne reden, er redet gerne Mist,

weil er Student der Germanistik ist.

Manchmal hat er unerklärlich produktive Zeiten,

dann schreibt er tausend Lieder, um Texte zu verbreiten.

Durch diese Inflation ist nicht jeder seiner Reime

von gleicher Qualität, das versteht sich von selbst!

(Clemens:) Ferenc ist der Mann mit den tiefgelegten Tönen.

Nach dem Duschen hat er nicht mehr allzuviel zu Föhnen.

Er kennt die Welt, er ist ein wahrer Dandy,

als einziger von uns hat er ein echtes Handy.

Der Preis ist hoch, denn im Rahmen seiner Arbeit

muß er jeden Tag nach Düsseldorf, das ist die harte Wahrheit.

Alle seine Töne lernt er konsequent und fleißig,

das muß man honorieren, denn er ist ja schon fast dreißig.

(Eddi:) Dieser junge Mann hier hat leider einen Tick:

Er studiert auf Lehramt Mathe und Physik.

Privat läßt er sich von seiner guten Laune leiten,

um stundenlang auf einer flachen Pointe 'rumzureiten.

Er heißt zwar Marc, doch die meisten sagen Sari,

er ist der Löwe auf der Sprechgesangssafari!

(Sari:) Über Clemens ist hinauszuposaunen: Er versetzt uns in Erstaunen,

aufgrund privater Launen kommt er oft zu spät zum Proben.

Kein Grund zum Toben, man muß ihn vielmehr loben, denn er ist

Computerspezialist.

Und in mancher langen Nacht hat er eifrig nachgedacht

und die Wise Guys online ins Internet gebracht.

Jetzt sind wir up-to-date, das haben wir Clemens zu verdanken,

deshalb wollen wir uns mit ihm nicht über Pünktlichkeiten zanken!

(Eddi:) We've been doing this for quite some time,

but the road to success is rocky and long.

because I'm Cologne young, (Ferenc:) only one comes from Essen.

He has raisins in his head, and a whole bunch of them,

but he arranges all the chords for us.

He only has one mistake, unfortunately he is not Catholic.

(Ferenc:) The tall one with the lifeguards, that's our Dane.

As an announcer I find him full of yawns.

He likes to hear himself talk, he likes to talk crap,

because he is a student of German studies.

Sometimes he has inexplicably productive times,

then he writes a thousand songs to spread lyrics.

Due to this inflation, not everyone of his rhymes

of the same quality, that goes without saying!

(Clemens:) Ferenc is the man with the deep tones.

After the shower he doesn't have to blow dry too much anymore.

He knows the world, he's a true dandy,

he's the only one of us with a real cell phone.

The price is high because as part of his work

he has to go to Düsseldorf every day, that's the hard truth.

He learns all his tones consistently and diligently,

You have to honor that, because he's almost thirty.

(Eddi:) Unfortunately, this young man here has a tick:

He is studying mathematics and physics to become a teacher.

Privately, he lets himself be guided by his good mood,

to ride around on a flat pointe for hours.

His name is Marc, but most say Sari,

he is the lion on the chanting safari!

(Sari:) Trumpet should be blown about Clemens: He amazes us,

Due to private whims, he is often late for rehearsals.
