In die erste Schssel Zucker, zweihundertachtzig Gramm,

Und Zuckerrbensirup — wenn wir so was ham.

Davon nehm ich vierzig Gramm und mixe geschwind,

So lang, bis keine Klmpchen mehr vorhanden sind.

Dazu zweihundert Gramm weiche Margarine

Und zwei frische Eier.

Dann die selbe Schiene:

Wieder alles gut verrhr’n, denn das ist der Schlssel

Zum Erfolg.

Und jetzt brauch ich noch 'ne Schssel.

Vierhundert Gramm Mehl, jeweils einen Teelffel Natron

Und einen Vanillepulver ungest, ich glaub', das war’s schon.

Ach nee, 'nen halben Teelffel Salz, jetzt fllt’s mir ein!

Das Ganze gut vermischt in die erste Schssel rein,

Und nochmal rhr’n, doch nur kurz, denn es wr' schade,

Wenn die Kekse zh wrden.

Jetzt ist die Schokolade,

Dreihundert Gramm, in kleinen Stcken unter den Teig zu heben.

Den Teig in einen luftdichten Behlter geben.

Den Teig vierundzwanzig Stunden in den Khlschrank stellen,

Dann ham die Kekse Biss, und wer Biss hat, muss nicht bellen.

Jetzt mach ich mir nen netten Tag und ne schne Nacht,

Und morgen wird das Werk vollbracht:

Den Backofen heizen auf hundertachtzig Grad

Backpapier aufs Blech, dann mach ich den Teig parat:

In fnfzig kleinen Kugeln aufs Backblech drauf,

Abstand halten, denn die Dinger gehen auf!

Dann auf der mittleren Schiene 'ne Viertelstunde backen,

Zeit genug zum Spl’n und um die Schsseln wegzupacken.

Ofen aus, Klappe auf.

Das Schnste, was es gibt:

Die Sekunde der Vollendung, die jeder Knstler liebt.

Und habe ich mal Pech und seh ein paar Verbrannte,

Bin ich ein braver Neffe und schicke sie der Tante.
