Und wieder muss es weitergehn…

Eben noch gelacht

nur an heut gedacht,

dann geschieht auf einmal,

was uns still und hilflos macht.

Und wieder muss es weitergehn,

wir haben keine Wahl.

Wer leben will, muss Wege sehn,

auch aus dem tiefsten Tal.

Und wieder muss es weitergehn,

und fragt das Herz «Wohin?»,

dann sagt der Kopf: «Du wirst verstehn,

hab Mut zum Neubeginn,

hab Mut zum Neubeginn!»

So wie noch der alte Baum

mit Licht und Schatten spielt,

so wie er den Sommertraum

und Winterstürme fühlt.

So sind auch wir voller Zuversicht

trotz manchem Schicksalsschlag

Wir wissen, auf die dunkle Nacht

folgt stets der helle Tag.

Wie uns der Sturm auch biegt

in unserm Lebenslauf,

vom allertiefsten Punkt

stehn wir auf.

Und wieder muss es weitergehn…
