Vi frstod inte riktigt orsaken till

Man hade sagt oss att detta var vrldens modernaste

Osnkbara skepp

Du tog vrt foto av barnen, dina smycken och din hatt

Jag tog en trja

Jag tnkte att havet are skert kallt

Nr vi steg ut ur vr hytt och sg

Hur vattnet brjat strmma in

Sg jag en tr, eller var det kanske en droppe vatten

P din kind

Vi fljde pilar som angav rddningsbtens plats

Det var p versta dck fast det 'gentli'n var frsta klass

Vi var rtt mnga men alla tog det ganska lugnt

Det var vl bara en herre frn tredje klass

Som trngde sej lite dumt

Vi trffa en man som vi hlsat p frut

Han presenterade oss fr sin dotter och sin fru

Nr vi kom upp p dck, sa kaptenen

Men vi beslt att stanna kvar ombord

Vi tnkte, havet are alltfr stort och kallt och vilt

Och I dom btar som satts I sjn fanns inte plats

Fr en enda till

Sen spela fartygsorkestern Nrmare Gud till Dig

Det kndes lite fnigt men nd rtt typiskt

Fr just vr tid

Vi har frlorat den allra sista gnuttan hopp

Vi gr till botten dr vi str

Men flaggan, den gr I topp

It started like a shaking on the lower deck

It filled us with more hope than fear

We did not really understand the reason for

That the ship ran aground

We had been told that this was the most modern in the world

Undesirable ships

You took our photo of the kids, your jewelry and your hat

I thought the sea was very cold

When we got out of our cabin and so on

We followed arrows indicating the location of the lifeboat

It was on the worst deck though it 'gentli'n was first class

We were quite many but everyone took it pretty easy

I guess it was just a gentleman from third grade

Who needed a little stupidity

He introduced us to his daughter and his wife

When we got on deck, said the captain

It must have been the chains for a lift device

As someone had forgotten

We went to the bar and got a free glass of champagne

And we fought for the empire and for each other '

Now the ship begins to sink faster

And its slope was quite large

Many jumped into the water

But we decided to stay on board

Then leave the rights of the ship to go ashore

But we stood there on the deck, holding each other's

We thought, the sea is too big and cold and wild

And in the boats that were put in the sea there was no place

For one more

It felt a little quirky but quite typical
