Perry Como (real name Пьерино Рональд Комо ) is an American singer of Italian descent, born in 1912 in the United States. His soft baritone voice brought him immense popularity in the 1940s and 1950s. From 1943 to 1958, his songs reached the top 10 of the American hit parade 42 times. Perry Como signed with RCA Records in 1943 and remained with them throughout his career. In 1958, he won a Грэмми Award. Among his famous hits are "Catch a Falling Star" and "Magic Moments." Perry Como had a significant influence on the popular music of his time.
