Голубые береты are a Russian musical group founded on November 19, 1985. The group is part of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Airborne Troops and the USSR Ministry of Defense. Performing chanson songs, Голубые береты gained popularity thanks to their patriotic compositions reflecting life and service in the army. Among the group's well-known songs are "Синева" and "Виват, десант!" The group made a significant contribution to the development of military songs, becoming a symbol of the musical culture of the Russian Airborne Troops.
