Судьбой военной счастлив и не скрою

С отличными парнями я служу.

А завтра в бой и может нашей кровью

О смысле жизни стих я напишу.

Ведь, может завтра пулемётной строчкой,

Патронами зловеще прозвеня,

Поставит враг в стихотворенье точку,

Безжалостно направив ствол в меня.

И вражьи пули сердца стук почуя,

Осиным роем мне вопьются в грудь,

Но не о смерти я сейчас толкую,

Я презираю фатализма путь.

О жизни говорю я вам ребята,

Мы будем жить в легендах и стихах.

Ведь, помнит мир советского солдата

С девчушкою спасенной на руках.

Мы будем жить в рассветах и закатах

В мерцанье звёзд и в шелесте волны,

Мы будем жить в молоденьких солдатах,

В делах страны, живущей без войны.

Мы будем жить и в вас и в ваших детях,

Мы станем ветром, колосом, дождём,

Мы будем жить и завтра на рассвете —

В тяжёлый бой за эту жизнь пойдём.
