Eivør (full name Eivør Pálsdóttir ) is a Faroese singer and songwriter, born on July 21, 1983. Her work spans a wide range of genres, including jazz, folk, country, rock, as well as classical and Christian music. Eivør has released numerous albums, among which "Slør" and "Bridges" stand out. Her unique style and performance technique have earned her the nickname "the Faroese Björk."
