Árstíðir is an Icelandic indie folk band formed in Reykjavík in 2008. Their debut album "Árstíðir" , released in 2009, brought the band fame both in their home country and abroad. The band's second album was produced by renowned Icelandic neoclassical musician Оулавюром Арнальдсом . In a short time, Árstíðir achieved success: two of their songs reached the top spot of the Icelandic national radio music chart. The band made a significant contribution to the popularization of the Icelandic indie folk scene.
