Mein Nachbar ist ein Zombie - Wise Guys

Ich hab mir nen Haus gekauft

in wunderschöner Lage.

Das war ein Superschnäppchen,

das ist gar keine Frage.

Komplett saniert mit Garten für 5200.

Ich fand das ziemlich günstig

und ich hab mich noch gewundert.

Der Makler sagte:

«Dieser Preis liegt an der Nachbarschaft,

denn die ist für den Grundstückswert nicht ganz so vorteilhaft.»

Und er sprach noch: «Keine Angst,

das Haus ist echt perfekt»,

doch dabei wirkte er auf mich

leicht panisch und verschreckt.

Kaum hatte ich das Geld bezahlt,

ist er davongerannt.

Er gab mir zum Abschied

noch nicht einmal die Hand.

Erst als er ganz weit weg war,

konnt ich hören, wie er schrie:

«Das Glück ist mir dem Doofen,

der Herr behüte sie.»

Ich hab mir nichts dabei gedacht

und ging erst mal ins Haus.

Ich dachte nur:

Mit so nem Job flippt man halt schon mal aus.

Aber kurze Zeit nachdem ich eingezogen war,

wurde mir die Problematik ziemlich deutlich klar.

Als ich ihn gestern Mittag sah,

hab ich mich echt erschreckt.

Die Haare waren blutverschmiert,

die Arme ausgestreckt.

Sein Mund war weit geöffnet,

die Augen völlig weiß.

So lief er auf der Straße rum,

die ganze Zeit im Kreis.

Plötzlich wurde er von einem LKW erfasst

und prallte auch noch mit dem Kopf gegen einen Ast.

Ich wollte nach ihm schauen,

doch er stand im nu

schon wieder auf den Beinen

und winkte mir nur zu.

Vorgestern beim Bäcker

da kaufte er ein Pfund Brot,

doch auch dabei wirkte er

so willenlos und untot.

Ich glaub im Grunde kleidet er sich modisch ziemlich gut,

doch dummerweise ist er immer so verschmiert mit Blut.

Erst wollte ich schnell wegziehen,

doch ich hab mich dran gewöhnt

und hab mich mit der Lage hier

komplett versöhnt.

Der Typ ist das, was man in Deutschland den perfekten Nachbarn nennt:

keinen Hund und keine Kinder und spielt kein Instrument.

doch ich mach jetzt deswegen keinen Tanz,

denn ich finde auch als Zombie

verdient mein Nachbar meine Toleranz.

I bought a house

in a beautiful location.

That was a super bargain

This is not a question.

Completely renovated with garden for 5200.

I found that pretty cheap

and i was still wondering.

The broker said:

«This price is due to the neighborhood,

because that is not quite as advantageous for the property value. »

And he still said: "Don't worry,

the house is really perfect»,

but he had an effect on me

slightly panicked and frightened.

I had hardly paid the money

did he run away

He gave me goodbye

not even the hand.

Only when he was very far away

I could hear him screaming:

the Lord keep them."

I didn't think anything of it

and just went into the house.

I just thought:

You just freak out with a job like that.

But a short time after I moved in

the problem became quite clear to me.

When I saw him yesterday afternoon

i was really scared.

The hair was smeared with blood

arms outstretched.

His mouth was wide open

eyes completely white.

So he ran around on the street,

all the time in circles.

Suddenly he was hit by a truck

and hit his head on a branch.

I wanted to look for him

but he stood in a moment

already back on his feet

and just waved at me.

The day before yesterday at the bakery

so he bought a pound of bread

but he was effective at it too

so willless and undead.

I think basically he dresses pretty well fashionably

but unfortunately he is always so smeared with blood.

First I wanted to move away quickly

but I got used to it

and got me with the situation here

completely reconciled.

The guy is what is called the perfect neighbor in Germany:

no dog or children and does not play an instrument.

my neighbor deserves my tolerance.
