Doch wer schuf den Dämon in unserer Brust

Was wir gesündigt, war aus Liebe erdacht

Wir fliehen aus dem Paradies, schütten Öl ins Fegefeuer

Was haben wir gelacht als Gott uns

Verließ, Willkommen Abenteuer

Du und ich — der Seele dunkle Pfade

Du und ich — jenseits Gottes Gnade

Du und ich — im Schatten der Hörner

Du und ich — nichts war je schöner

Verbotene Früchte, gepflückt im Vertrauen !

In den Abgrund der Ekstase zu schauen
