Musik hämmert in meinem Schädel

ich bin hier, um zu vergessen.

Heute gibt es keine Hoffnung.

Schwere Wolken ziehn heran:

ein Hassgewitter.

Lauter noch, bis das Herz erzittert.

Tiefer, bis die Erde bebt.

Ich versuche, die Ohnmacht abzuschütteln

und verfalle in Gleichgültigkeit.

Mögen all die fremden Gifte und die Tränen in mir verbrennen.

Hämmern im Schädel, ein Nachtgebet.

Ich stürze mich in seltsame Gefühle,

suhle mich im Dreck der Zivilisation.

Die Maschinen sind gut geölt.

Vertrauen war gestern.

Alles zerfällt.

Das Individuum ist eine Lüge

und ich gehe bis zum Äußersten.

Ich stehe auf dem Trümmerberg und schaue in die Tiefe.

Die Musik ist nur noch ein Fiepen in den Ohren.

Ich weiß, ich bin hässlich.

Soll die Welt doch bis morgen untergehen.

Heavy clouds are drawing in:

a hate storm.

Louder until your heart trembles.

Deeper until the earth trembles.

I'm trying to shake off the faint

and fall into indifference.

May all the foreign poisons and the tears burn up within me.

Banging in the skull, a night prayer.

I throw myself into strange feelings

wallow in the filth of civilization.

The machines are well oiled.

Trust was yesterday.

Everything falls apart.

The individual is a lie

and I'll go to extremes.

I stand on the rubble mountain and look into the depths.

The music is just a ringing in your ears.
