Terror, skrck och lidande

Barmhjrtigheten vandrar I en skuggas dal

Kvar finns det hat och frakt,

Som utgr vr undergang

… och han str bland allt,

En skdare, en deltagare

Anklagande och medskyldig

… och han str vid en avsats till livets stora avgrundsdjup

… och han tar ett sista andetag fyllt av kolk och aska

Han sluter sina gon och tar sitt sista kliv

Mercy wanders In the valley of a shadow

There is hatred and shipping left,

Which constitutes our downfall

… And he stands among all,

A skdare, a participant

Accusation and accomplice

… And he stands at a ledge to the great abyss of life

… And he takes one last breath filled with charcoal and ashes

He closes his gon and takes his last step
