Прижилась крепче грубых узлов

Обронил перья гордый орёл

Громовей переплавить в озол

Белым высвистом яркой рябины, седым вороньём.

Раззадорилось в угол плечо

Расплескать катку искрами в ночь

Тропы звёздные петь горячо

Губы лопались, помнят воочь

И боярится в души мятежно летела молва

Светлели ковши

Отвагой кипели

Как повольницей грозно ожил берег.

Где вы были, когда рвы-разрывы

Роднили иглой нездешней

И рубахи глубокий вырез стал тесен.

Робели в рассвет гремучий

Верить поводьям участь
