Kann man das noch essen?

Kann man das T-Shirt noch mal anziehen?

Spielen wir noch FIFA, gehen wir was trinken oder ausnahmsweise tanzen?

Muss ich die Woche noch mal duschen, oder reicht Deodorant?

Kochen wir heut' selber, haben wir noch Reste oder rufen Joey’s an?

Doch mal unabhängig von Essen, Trinken und Hygiene

Stellt uns unser Leben vor viel größere Probleme

Die Frage aller Fragen ist philosophischer Natur

Wir würden gerne wissen:

Gibt es ein Leben vor 12 Uhr?

Gibt es ein Leben vor 12 Uhr?

Denn wir haben schon gegoogelt und im vorhin recherchiert

Aber niemand konnt' uns sagen was am Vormittag passiert

Sind da alle Menschen glücklich?

Alle Leute voll gut drauf?

Und erst mittags, wenn wir aufstehen, ist die Stimmung aufgebraucht?

Es fehlt uns über Vormittage leider jedes Wissen

Denn einst drückten wir die Schulbank

Und jetzt den Kopf in unser Kissen

Ich glaub' das ist 'ne Lüge, das mit dem Knoppers um halb 10

Kann jemand das beweisen, gibt es davon Fotos, hat es irgendwer gesehen?

Man muss sich nur mal fragen wer von dem ganzen profitiert

Das Menschen so früh wach sind, denn direkt nach dem Aufstehen wird schon

mächtig abkassiert

Ich weiß es klingt verschroben und nach Verschwörungstheorien

Doch wir glauben ja der Morgen ist nur ne Erfindung der Kaffeeindustrie

Und die lachen sich ins Fäustchen bei Jakobs, Tschibo, Kaffee Haag

Ob ihrer Profite an jedem Vormittag

Und so sind unsere Gedanken rebellischer Natur

Keine Macht den Weckern

Dann ist das Propaganda, weil es einen Solchen de facto niemals gab

Mathetests und Arzttermine, Behördengang um kurz vor 11

Quod erat demonstrandum, zwischen 8 und 12 ballt sich das Übel dieser Welt

Kann sich jemand noch erinnern um wie viel Uhr John Lennon starb?

Wie sind zu jung um es zu wissen, doch würden wir drauf wetten es geschah am

Sie alle starben vormittags, das kann kein Zufall sein

Katastrophen, Krisen, Kriege

Ich weiß voran es lag

Die Wurzel allen Übels ist immer Vormittag

Denn aufgrund von Zeitverschiebung ist irgendwo immer Vormittag

Can you still eat this?

Can you wear the t-shirt again?

Are we still playing FIFA, are we going for a drink or, for once, dancing?

Do I have to shower again during the week, or is deodorant enough?

Are we cooking ourselves today, do we still have leftovers or are we going to call Joey's?

But regardless of food, drink and hygiene

Our life presents us with much bigger problems

The question of all questions is philosophical in nature

We would like to know:

Is there life before noon?

Is there life before noon?

Because we have already googled and researched earlier

But nobody could tell us what happened in the morning

Are all people happy there?

All people in a good mood?

And only at noon, when we get up, is the mood gone?

Unfortunately, we lack any knowledge about mornings

Because we used to go to school

And now your head in our pillow

I think that's a lie, about the Knoppers at half past nine

Can anyone prove that, are there photos of it, has anyone seen it?

You just have to ask yourself who benefits from all this

That people are up so early, because immediately after getting up it will be fine

cashed in powerfully

I know it sounds weird and like conspiracy theories

But we believe morning is just an invention of the coffee industry

And they laugh up their sleeves at Jakobs, Tschibo, Kaffee Haag

Whether their profits every morning

And so our thoughts are rebellious in nature

No power to the alarm clocks

They all died in the morning, it can't be a coincidence

Disasters, crises, wars

Because due to the time difference, it's always morning somewhere
