U postelji još pored mene bdije

Pokriven mrakom kao brod u luci

A kiša kupa bol u mojoj duši

I skuplja se kraj posljednjih arkada

Taj put na kome nema putokaza

I tvoje oči zamagljene vide

U kapi kiše krhotinu mraza

Još kao pseto uza me je nada

S njom i ja vičem da ćemo se sresti

No Sava gasi svjetlo moga grada

I ostavlja me samoga na cesti

Ja ništa ne znam o svome životu

Ni ko me vodi ni što da se radi

I pamtim samo neku anegdotu

O ljubavi i nevolji i nadi

Moj um od snova, slova i papira

Još čuva slogove i rime

A ti, kad čuješ zvuke glasovira

Hoćeš li znati kako mi je ime
