Tablo is a Korean-Canadian hip-hop artist, lyricist, composer, and record producer, born July 22, 1980. He is best known as the leader and producer of the group Epik High , considered one of the most influential in Korean hip-hop. Tablo also founded the independent music label HIGHGRND , which has produced artists such as Hyukoh and The Black Skirts . His contributions to the genre include an innovative approach to lyrics and production, which helped popularize Korean hip-hop internationally.
