Steve Winwood (born 12 May 1948) is a British rock musician, multi-instrumentalist, and songwriter. Originally from the United Kingdom, he rose to prominence with bands such as Spencer Davis Group , Traffic , Blind Faith , Ginger Baker's Air Force , and Go .
