Майя Кристалинская (Maya Vladimirovna Kristalinskaya) was a Soviet pop singer, born on February 24, 1932, in the USSR. She became one of the most recognizable performers of the Russian pop scene, receiving the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR. Her repertoire included hits such as "Нежность" and "А снег идет" , which became classics of Soviet music. In addition to her musical career, Майя Кристалинская also worked as a translator. Her work had a significant influence on the development of Soviet pop music, leaving a lasting mark on musical culture. She died on June 19, 1985.
