Lianne La Havas (real name Lianne Charlotte Barnes ) is a British folk and soul singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, born in 1989. She gained widespread attention after being shortlisted for the BBC's Sound of 2012 poll. That same year, Lianne La Havas released her debut album Is Your Love Big Enough? which reached number four on the UK Singles Chart and was nominated for the Mercury Prize Prize. Her work combines elements of indie, folk, and soul, making her a prominent figure in contemporary British music.
