HYDE (real name Хидэто Такараи ) is a Japanese musician, singer-songwriter, record producer, and actor, born January 29, 1969. He is the vocalist of the rock band L'Arc-en-Ciel , which has been a leader in the J-rock genre for over 30 years. In addition to his work with the band, HYDE has successfully pursued a solo career, releasing albums and singles that resonate with a wide audience. His work has had a significant influence on the development of Japanese rock music and also helped popularize the genre outside of Japan.
