
Henry Mancini (full name Энрико Никола Манчини ) is an Italian-born American conductor and film composer. He wrote music for nearly 500 films and television series, including iconic pieces for "The Pink Panther" and "Breakfast at Tiffany's" During his career, Mancini released 90 albums and received numerous accolades: four Academy Awards, 20 Grammy Awards, including a Lifetime Achievement Award, and two Emmy nominations. His contributions to traditional jazz and film music made him one of the most influential composers of the 20th century.
