George Dalaras , also known as Йоргос Даларас , is a Greek musician, composer, and singer, born on September 29, 1949. His work spans European music genres, including rembetiko, laïko, and éntechno. During his career, he has released dozens of albums, many of which have achieved cult status in Greece and abroad. Among his best-known songs are "Παραπονεμένα Λόγια" and "Μη Μου Θυμώνεις Μάτια Μου" . Dalaras has collaborated with such prominent musicians as Микис Теодоракис and performed on major stages around the world. His contribution to the popularization of Greek music has made him one of the key figures of the genre.
