
Django Reinhardt (real name Жан Рейнхардт ) was a French jazz guitar virtuoso born on January 23, 1910. He is considered one of the founders of the "jazz manouche" style, which combines traditional jazz with gypsy musical elements. Despite a hand injury that limited his mobility, Django Reinhardt developed a unique playing technique that became his signature. His famous compositions include "Minor Swing" and "Nuages" His work had a profound influence on the development of jazz and guitar music, making him an icon of the genre. Django Reinhardt died on May 16, 1953, but his legacy lives on.
