
Alice Dona is a French singer-songwriter born on February 17, 1946. From a family of musicians, with an Italian father and a French mother, she rose to fame in the 1960s. Between 1963 and 1965, she recorded 11 singles, including "Demain, j'ai dix-sept ans" (Tomorrow, I'll be seventeen), "Surboum 63" (Party 63), and "Mon train de banlieue" (My Suburban Train). In 1966, she presented "Avec Toi" (With You), co-written with Jacques Demarny , at the Rose de France competition. Alice Dona left her mark on the French music scene with her melodies and sensitive lyrics.
