Alec Empire is a German experimental electronic musician born on May 2, 1972. He is best known as a founding member of the band Atari Teenage Riot and as a solo artist. Alec Empire played a key role in the creation of the digital hardcore genre and founded the labels Digital Hardcore Recordings and Eat Your Heart Out Records . His discography includes numerous albums, EPs, and singles, as well as over seventy remixes for artists such as Бьорк .
