АИГЕЛ is a Russian electronic hip-hop duo formed in 2016. The group consists of vocalist and lyricist Aigel Gaysina from Naberezhnye Chelny and electronic musician Ilya Baramia from St. Petersburg. The duo's name comes from the vocalist's Tatar name. АИГЕЛ gained fame thanks to the track "Татарин" which became a viral hit. Their work combines profound lyrics with minimalist electronic beats. The group frequently performs at Russian and international festivals, strengthening their position in the genre.
