Уносящий на борту печальную девушку

Бывшую в трауре и слезах

Навстречу им держал путь угрюмый корабль

В трюме которого был заключен

Опасный преступник — сеньор убийца и вор

Убийца и дева лишь на мгновенье

Скрестили свои обречённые взгляды

И их судьбы казалось навсегда разошлись

В водных просторах океана

С тех пор по ночам к деве стал приходить богомол

безмолвный как тень

Он тихо входил и молча стоял

Подбирая простые слова

Убийца и дева друг друга нашли

У судьбоносной реки

Убийца сидел на пустом берегу

И считал на воде круги

Он зарядил пистолет и сказал
