Ayer tuve un sueño

Alto como el cielo

Cuando desperté

Algo me quemó muy dentro

El pájaro cantaba

La triste melodía

Que brota de la tierra

Sin cesar ni un momento

De pronto me vi

Como un extraño

Comencé a caminar

Sin saber a dónde ir

Los árboles contaban

Historias de otros mundos

Con danzas expresivas

Para un corazón sediento

Luminosa mañana

Prendida de sufrimiento

Hoy he visto la luz

Que todos llevamos dentro

Yesterday I had a dream

high as the sky

when i woke up

something burned me deep inside

the bird sang

the sad melody

that springs from the earth

without ceasing for a moment

like a stranger

I started walking

the trees counted

stories from other worlds

With expressive dances
