Esaje profetenom hände det så

Att han i andanom herren sitta såg

På en hög tron med mycken sken

Hans klädesfåll uppfyllde templet allen

Två serafim stodo ock däruppå

Sex vingar han vardera hava såg

Med två betäckte de sin ansikten ren

Med två skyltes fötter och ben

Och med de två andra flugo de fri

Ropande till varandra med stort skri:

Helig är Gud Herren Zebaot

Helig är Gud Herren Zebaot

Hela jorden haver han uppfyllt med gott

Av det rop skalv både bjälkar och grund

Och huset vart uppfyllt med

Rök och damm

This is what happened to the prophet Isaiah

That he sat in the spirit of the Lord saw

On a high throne with a lot of light

His coat of arms filled the temple allen

Two seraphim also stood on it

Six wings he each saw

With two, they covered their faces clean

With two sign feet and legs

And with the other two they flew free

Shouting to each other with a big shout:

Holy is God the Lord Zebaot

He has filled the whole earth with good things

From that cry both beams and foundations trembled

Smoke and dust
