Жгут костры по земле

Наши головы.

И летят к небесам

Над седыми туманами…

И с восторгом глядят,

Узнавая себя,

Люди на небо.

Будто нет беды,

Да только стелется дым

По глазам поволокою,

Словно время тоски,

И не видно реки,

И не страшно жить

У края высокого…

Чтобы не сойти с ума

И о смерти не помнить,

Мы с тобою — в дым-туман
