tutto il giorno ci passano i filobus,

e ci passano i carri blindati

coi prigionieri ammanettati

che guardano, e non vedono.

Povero Fogagnolo, che non era un attore del cinema:

si presenta, ti dà un’occasione,

mormora il suo cognome e nome

da elenco delle vittime.

E mi ha fatto un regalo:

un biglietto del tram

per tornare in piazzale Loreto.

Esposito ai giardini

sta leggendo gli annunci economici,

e lo vedi su mille panchine,

o in coda a file senza fine

chiede giustizia, e subito.

A Poletti hanno dato

sette lettere sopra una lapide,

e la gente che passa e le vede

fa un po' i suoi conti, e poi si chiede

Non è una spesa inutile?

Non bastava un biglietto,

un biglietto del tram

per tornare in piazzale Loreto?
