Der Adler hat’s zuerst geseh’n

er sah den großen grauen Bagger stehen,

und er zog hundertmal

bis hinunter ins Tal

seine Kreise.

Auch der Steinbock im Felsen

schlug sofort Alarm

diesmal gibt es nur noch die Flucht nach vorn

wir haben hier schon viel zu viel verlor’n.

Max, das kleine Murmeltier

sagt: Das ist doch mein Revier

Ihr baut Hotel’s und Pisten hier,

und wer denkt schon an das Murmeltier.

Eine Seilbahn wird gebaut,

und ein Stausee wird gestaut,

vergeßt das nicht

wir leben hier,

das sagt Max, das kleine Murmeltier.

Wenn Max aus seiner Höhle schaut,

dann ist ihm diese Welt schon viel zu laut.

Er sagt, laßt uns doch nur

dieses Stückchen Natur

in den Bergen!

Laßt den Enzian blüh'n

und den Almenrausch steh’n,

Eure Kinder woll’n es doch auch noch seh’n.

Was hier geschah, das darf nicht mehr gescheh’n.

Heute steh’n wir alle Schmiere,

die Partei der kleinen Tiere:

Iltis, Marder oder Lurch

Wir beißen euch die Kabel durch!
