Все так тихо,темно под водою,

Только тина кругом да песок.

Я на ил наступаю ногою

И пою этот медленный рок.

Рвется грудь от тоски и от муки,

Я зубами грызу камыши,

О ракушки порезал я руки,

Но кругом ни души.

Только рыбы немые со мною

Только раки внизу норы роют,
