Vrede - Månegarm

En blodröd sky i ett döende land,

solen går sakta till evig vila…

Mina rötter särade och ärgade,

min arvejord sprungen i spillror…

Hämndens vrede… Åsars hopp.

Med nordbaneret höjt i skyn

fram genom mitt fäderneland,

driven av vinden och hettan i blodet,

blod jag gjutit för min mark…

I förblindat vrede rasar jag fram

fäders andar fyller mitt sinne,

de vars arv tvinnat min själ

de vars blod binder min kropp…

Mina fäders gudar blickar från ovan

ur de jag ropar med urkrafters vrede.
