Weil mich der Fata von Morgana im Kreis laufen lässt

Dann werd' ich mich einfach in' Wüstensand legen

Und streck' mein Gesicht dem Himmel entgegen

Du wirst mir 'ne große Wolke schicken

Und auf einmal wird’s wie aus Eimern schütten —

Und alles ist gut!

Und wenn dein Haus in Flammen steht

Die Feuerwehr kommt nicht, sie finden’s nicht —

Ist eh klar, ich hab' dich ja auch ein Leben lang gesucht —

Dann werd' ich das Feuer löschen — wirst seh’n!

Du brauchst nur dein Gesicht zum Himmel dreh’n

Ich werd' dir 'ne schwarze Wolke hol’n

Und ein großer Regen wird niederfall’n —

Und alles ist gut!

Du, wenn du mal auf meinen Nerven zum Nordpol gehst

Und ich bin auf deinen Richtung Südpol unterwegs

Und die Mitternachtssonne, die dort scheint, verbrennt uns langsam zu Eis

Ich bin sicher dann wird 'ne Wolke entsteh’n

Wir werden an damals denken — kurz nur, wirst seh’n!

Und er läuft uns die Wangen runter, der Regen

Und das wir weinen mussten, das wird niemand seh’n —
