L’hiver approche, les journées s’atrophient doucement et nous accordent plus de

nuit

Les peaux des gens se cachent derrière des vêtements aussi épais qu’une armure

de cuivre

La trajectoire de nos chuchotements peut se voir à travers l’air qu’on respire

Le soleil et ses rayons paraissent tellement loin de nous qu’ils nous donnent

le vertige

Les terrasses des bistrots patientent et reçoivent la chaleur de deux cafés qui

se sourient

La tiédeur n’existe bientôt plus que dans la pensée et dans certains cœurs

alourdis

L’hiver arrive et j’ai brûlé un peu de ton désespoir dans la cheminée

Celle qui réchauffe nos maisons, nos petits sentiments glaciaux et envenimés

L’hiver arrive et je suis en train d’oublier les notes de ta voix

A mesure que le neige tombe sur les rues de nos années, tout s’efface comme sur

une ardoise

Le pianiste du bar nous aide à s’emparer d’un moment que l’on aurait oublié

sans lui

Un soir enneigé, m’a-t-on dit, vaut l'équivalent de cent nuits

Le bruit du vent qui entre par la porte de l’entrée nous rappelle des murmures

maternels

La fumée qui sort de nos bouches n’est pas celle qui fait des trous dans la

cervelle

La passagère d’un train que l’on aime sans explication, les livres qui se

froissent

M’indiquent à coup sûr que l’hiver est là

L’hiver est là et sa froideur est une virgule qui sépare les corps mais qui

ligue les âmes

Du coup, des lignes s'échappent de mon stylo quand tes yeux s'éloignent

L’hiver est là et j’ai attrapé un frisson quand j’ai croisé ton regard

Tes yeux m’ont supplié de te faire exister sur ma feuille qui était blanche et
