Blauw is de maan

En alle sterren zijn verschoten

De nacht schuurt langs mijn huid

Alles om me heen is zwart

Kraaienpoten rond mijn hart

Ineens

Ooit mocht de nacht

Hier zonder kloppen binnenvallen

De nacht kwam als een vriend

Maar toen was ik nog niet alleen

Had ik jou nog om me heen

Mijn lief

Nu heeft de nacht

Mij in haar macht

Een wurgende greep

En pas als het lichter wordt

Geeft ze me lucht

Slaat op de vlucht

Maar ze komt terug
