Кто-то песню вдали, не допев, оборвал,

Чьи-то гаснут на склонах костры.

Мы с тобою вдвоём перешли перевал,

И теперь нам спускаться с горы.

Не заметили мы, как дорога крута,

Как гора высока, высока.

А уже и морщинки застыли у рта,

Лёгкий иней коснулся виска.

Пролетают года, как минутные сны,

Как ромашки на мягком лугу.

Ты не можешь забыть нашей первой весны.

Ничего не копили для чёрного дня,

Не ловчили, не рвали из рук.

И пред теми, кто знает меня и тебя,

Где-нибудь у ручья мы устроим привал
