Кошмарный сон приснился мне,

Что гибнет жизнь на всей Земле:

Висит над Миром мрака пелена,

Взирает жуткий глаз с Небес

На Нас — Создателей чудес,

Таких как эта звездная война.

Во сне побыв, как в аду,

Вскочил вдруг в холодном поту.

Не мог себе представить Я,

Как испаряются моря,

Как раскололось небо пополам

Погасли звезды и кругом:

Горит твой дом, горит мой дом;

В конвульсиях живое тут и там,

Рухнул мир и покой !

Людей, как скот — на убой !!!

Эта битва, эта битва

Над нами неба Страшный Суд.

Эта битва, Эта битва

Одни молитвы Землю не спасут

И вот теперь погаснет свет,

на самой мирной из планет.

Все поглотила звездная война:

Окутан мраком шар Земной,

Одной лишь смерти смех глухой

Над Миром Мертвых царствует Она.

Что же будет со мной — Я один Живой
